Session Guidelines

Late Arrivals & No Refunds

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to mini's & 15 minutes to full sessions will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. Given the tight schedules, it’s essential to arrive on time to ensure the best quality photos and a smooth experience for everyone.
• refunds are only given in the case of equipment failure.

Camera Etiquette

• Please do not walk in front of the camera or block the frame during walkouts or key moments. These interruptions can compromise important shots and may result in lost photo opportunities.

Package Add-Ons

• Any additional services or requests beyond the agreed package will incur an extra fee. Please communicate any add-ons in advance.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due at the start of your session. Payment must be completed before shooting begins.

Deposits

• the initial deposit on all media packages is nonrefundable and due at the time of booking. Rescheduling is allowed in some cases.
